Lincoln National Forest Prescribed Fire Notification

Forest Service officials estimate that work could begin as early as October 27, 2026. Additional implementation may continue through the end of October, as conditions allow.

The first project would be the Skinner Block 2 project on Tuesday, followed by the Little Eagle Piles project, dependent upon fuel moisture levels after forecasted rains.
