Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. — SAN ANTONIO — Heavy rain and thunderstorms could bring flooding to parts of Bexar County and the Hill Country late Thursday night into Friday morning.

FLOOD ADVISORY UNTIL 3PM: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected in Northwestern Bexar County, Eastern Burnet County and Comal County, Hays County, Medina County, Travis County and Williamson County.
Expect minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Radar indicates heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
