In this episode: Proposition 132, Amendment 81, and Proposition 133. Proposition 132 would strengthen penalties for certain fentanyl offenses and introduce mandatory treatment in some cases.

Amendment 81 would change how immigration status is handled in certain criminal cases.

Proposition 133 would expand protections against child trafficking and increase penalties for certain offenses.
