Deputies: 3 teen gang members charged after bystander hurt in Upstate shooting

Three teens have been arrested after an innocent bystander was hurt in a shooting on Sept. 21, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said a woman was inside her home along 4th Street in Woodside when the suspects walked up to the house and fired multiple rounds inside.

Investigators determined this was a gang-related shooting. They said they believe the intended target is a member of a gang and was targeted due to his affiliation.

The three suspects are believed to be affiliated with a rival street gang, and the two gangs were in a quarrel with one another at the time.
