Detroit Shooting Leaves 3 Dead, 4 Injured at West Side Home

Three men were killed and four people were injured in a shooting at a home on Detroit’s west side Sunday morning, September 27, police said.

The shooting happened before 7:30 a.m. on Prest Street, between Chalfonte Street and Eaton Avenue.

Four wounded taken to hospital

The men killed were all over 30. Two women and two men in their 20s and 30s were hospitalized with injuries not considered life-threatening.

Police described the property as a known after-hours location.
