Parkers Prairie man seriously injured in Otter Tail County crash

A Parkers Prairie man is hurt after a two vehicle crash in Otter Tail County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened around 10:30 a.m. Friday on State Highway 29 near Parkers Prairie.

The state patrol says Ronny Laney, 89, was driving south when he his car hit a pickup heading north.

Laney was taken to Douglas County Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The state patrol says Laney was not wearing a seatbelt.

The driver of the pickup, Dan Nolan, 52, of Bagley was not hurt. Along with the state patrol, Parkers Prairie Police, Fire & EMS assisted.
