Cincinnati police, city officials to give update on deadly CUF shooting

City leaders and police officials will hold a news conference Saturday evening outside City Hall to provide an update on a deadly shooting in CUF.

Mayor Aftab Pureval, City Manager Cheryl Long and Cincinnati Interim Police Chief Adam Hennie are scheduled to speak at 5 p.m.

The briefing follows a Friday night incident at the Talbert House in the 2800 block of Central Parkway that left an armed suspect dead.

Officers say they were called to the facility after receiving reports of an individual with a gun.
