Woman charged with murder in Chatsworth Metro bus crash appears in court

Arraignment for Bailee Lynn Rios whose SUV crashed into an LA Metro bus last week was delayed for the third time.

The woman charged with murder and other crimes in a high-speed crash that killed two Metro bus passengers at a Chatsworth intersection in a tragic chain of events appeared in court on Monday for the first time.

Bailee Lynn Rios, 36, of Simi Valley was identified as the driver of the 2004 Ford Expedition that authorities said was traveling the wrong way and ran a red light before broadsiding the bus.
