Courtyard by Marriott OKC Airport changes hands

Hunter Advisors brokered the sale of the Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport, a 149-room hotel located in Oklahoma City.

Official response and confirmed impact

Sai Hospitality acquired the hotel from an undisclosed seller. The transaction was brokered by Spencer Davidson, SVP, and Mason McDavid, VP, Hunter.

“We were proud to represent this transaction and connect the seller with an ownership group that shares a clear vision for the property’s future,” said McDavid.

“With planned rebranding and a more hands-on operational approach, the Courtyard OKC Airport is set up for a strong next chapter.”

Built in 1988, the three-story, 149-room hotel sits adjacent to Will Rogers International Airport, Oklahoma City’s primary aviation hub, and offers institutional-quality accommodations designed to serve corporate, airline, government and leisure travelers.

“Hunter continues to be a great partner, and this is another deal we’re excited to have closed with their team,” said Danny Patel, president, Sai Hospitality.

“The location next to Will Rogers International Airport, combined with the upside we see through repositioning the hotel, made this an asset we didn’t want to pass up.”

The property features approximately 1,250 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space, The Bistro restaurant, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a business center.
