Justyna Beyer and Brielle Beyer 22nd and 23rd victims in the D.C. mid-air collision have been identified

The 22nd and 23rd victims in the D.C. mid-air collision have been identified as 42-year-old Justyna Beyer and 12-year-old Brielle Beyer.

Andy Beyer, who is Justyna’s husband and Brielle’s father, said his wife and daughter were returning from the U.S. Figure Skating National Development Camp in Wichita, Kansas.

Brielle was a member of the Skating Club of Northern Virginia and beat cancer when she was just 4 months old.
