The fire has now been mapped at 5,054 acres by FIRIS Intel 24 – per the SoCal weather Quick Reaction Force.
School Evacuation Information per CHP Newhall:
Castaic Middle School and Castaic Elementary school: all students evacuated to Ralph’s parking lot at Hasley Canyon. Parents need to respond there.
North Lake Elementary students were evacuated to Castaic Sports Complex.
