breaking: 57-Year-Old Man Found Shot Dead Inside Car in Newark’s North Ward

Authorities in Essex County reported that the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide/Major Crimes Task Force is investigating the fatal shooting of Mr. Romulo Luzuriaga, 57, of Newark.

Officials said on May 11 at 10:25 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at the 200 block of Grafton Avenue in Newark. Police located Luzuriaga in a car suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
