Ryan Garcia Knocks Out Conor Benn in Second Round, Calls Out Teofimo Lopez

Ryan Garcia delivered one of the biggest boxing results of the weekend, stopping Conor Benn in the second round at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas to retain his WBC welterweight title.
Garcia dropped Benn with a powerful right hand early in the second round before following up with another barrage that forced the referee to stop the fight at 1:25.
The victory immediately triggered fresh interest around Garcia’s next opponent. After the fight, he called out Teofimo Lopez and also renewed interest in a possible rematch with Devin Haney.
Garcia’s dominant performance has quickly become one of boxing’s biggest talking points, especially after Benn was taken to hospital for evaluation following the stoppage.
The result strengthens Garcia’s position near the top of the welterweight division and sets up the possibility of another major title fight.
