Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. The severe thunderstorm will be near. Cross Ledge Light around 625 PM EDT. Fortesque Beach around 635 PM EDT. East Point around 650 PM EDT
