36th victim in D.C. mid-air collision identified as Julia Kay, the mother of Sean Kay.

“The plane was supposed to land at 9, and I called my wife and she didn’t pick up,” her husband Vitali Kay told KYW. “I thought maybe it was on airplane mode and she forgot to switch it off.”
