Navy Federal Credit Union customers were left frustrated on Thursday morning after the bank’s app went down, leaving them unable to access their accounts.
There was a spike of several thousand usersreporting issues at approximately 9:30 a.m., according to DownDetector.com, which tracks service outages on a multitude of online platforms, including Navy Federal Credit Union.
Approximately 65% of DownDetector.com users reported issues with the app’s functionality, while about 29% said they had problems accessing the online banking system on the financial institution’s website. An additional 6% reported that they could not log in.
