James Comey in court to seek Trump administration charges dropped

30 (UPI) — Former FBI director James Comey is in court on Friday as his defense team seeks to have the federal charges against him tossed. His team argues that the administration has not established a valid case against him.

Comey has been the target of Justice Department investigations under both Trump administrations, facing two federal charges dating back to 2016.
