Judge finds probable cause in deadly Rankin County boat collision that killed 23-year-old

Two men accused in a deadly boat collision on the Ross Barnett Reservoir made their initial appearances Tuesday. Reservoir Police said seven people were aboard the two vessels when they collided.

The charges stem from a two-boat crash about 1 a.m. Bystanders pulled victims from the water before first responders arrived.
