Court ruling could impact private school access for thousands of area students

The state of Ohio is appealing a Tenth Circuit judge’s decision ruling that the state’s private school voucher system, EdChoice, is unconstitutional. The Ohio Tenth District Court of Appeals recently ruled part of Ohio’s voucher system unconstitutional.

The case, backed by several area public school districts, is likely to be heard in the Ohio Supreme Court.
