Burglar breaks handcuffs, fights with officers during arrest in Lancaster County, police say

A man faces charges after burglarizing a barn and escaping officers in Lancaster County, according to the East Earl Township Police Department. According to police, Andrew Fowler, 37, of Philadelphia, entered a barn without permission.
