Officials say there is not yet a re-entry plan for those evacuated from San Juan County flood

The San Juan County officials say another surge is expected overnight on the San Juan River after thunderstorms sent runoff from washes into the river. Officials are urging evacuees not to return home due to hidden flood dangers.
Additional neighborhoods are being evacuated as the county's Office of Emergency Management reported that monitoring stations on the San Juan and Animas rivers have failed.
