5-year-old critically hurt in e-scooter incident involving vehicle in Washington

Investigators believe the vehicle and scooter collided near the 600 block of Center Road, close to Mariner High School, and that the vehicle flipped. Both children on the scooter and the vehicle’s driver were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.

They have not confirmed a collision because they have not yet spoken with the 16-year-old.
