1 killed, 1 charged in fatal Rockford crash

A Rockford woman was arrested early Saturday following a crash that killed one person and leaves another fighting for their life. 17, Winnebago County deputies went out to a serious two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Mulford and Guilford roads.

Taylor Schwenk, 23, of Rockford, is charged with reckless homicide and two counts of aggravated driving under the influence.
