Fort Myers, Florida woman bails on court date

A Fort Myers woman is wanted for skipping court after an arrest on aggravated assault charges.

Arrest and charges

According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Heather Landry, 40, pulled into the parking lot of an apartment complex and discovered someone had parked in her usual spot.

Landry then began yelling at the other driver, threatening them.

Landry then grabbed her gun and shot directly at the other driver and three passengers through the windshield, Crime Stoppers said.

Landry then exited her car and went to her apartment as if nothing had happened.

Deputies arrested Landry, who spent one night in jail before posting a $30,000 bond.

She is 5'3", weighs 160 pounds and is believed to be moving between Lee and Collier counties to avoid being arrested.

Charges and court proceedings

Landry then failed to show up for her court date, Crime Stoppers said. Landry has 19 previous arrests on charges of drugs, prostitution and weapons offenses.
