Baby found dead in dumpster behind gym on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland

A baby was found dead in a dumpster behind Just Move gym on South Florida Avenue, Lakeland police said Thursday.

Lakeland Police Chief Sam Taylor said a man was going through the dumpster in the back and found a bag containing the remains of an infant boy with the placenta and umbilical cord still attached.
