two dead in shooting at Mercedes-Benz factory in Stuttgart

One person was killed and another was seriously injured in a shooting at a Mercedes-Benz assembly plant near Stuttgart in southern Germany.

“The circumstances are still unclear. The perpetrator has been arrested,” a police spokeswoman said. “There is no danger to the employees in the plant any more.”
