Two Dead, 3 Hurt After Explosion, Massive Fire At Miami-Area Industrial Complex

MEDLEY, Fla. – Officials reported that an explosion and subsequent fire occurred at an industrial complex in suburban Miami on Tuesday morning, resulting in the death of two people and three others being injured.

Video footage from a nearby business showed a large fireball being emittedo into the sky and numerous vehicles, including trucks, being engulfed in flames.

Two individuals were pronounced dead at the scene, while two others suffered serious injuries and were transported to a hospital, and a third received on-site treatment.

Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire after about 90 minutes.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated. The address of the explosion is home to a truck-cleaning company and welding shops.
