According to Lower Allen Township police, Stanley Mitchell, 33, and Sonia Tene, 33, are both facing charges after allegedly charging people thousands of dollars for poorly sealed driveways.

Police spoke with a 74-year-old woman on October 24, 2023, who reported that she was doing yard work when a man and woman approached her and offered to seal her driveway for $38.
The 74-year-old agreed, and the pair sealed the driveway before demanding and persuading the woman to pay them $2,300 in cash. Police said that the pave job was “cheap and sloppy”.
