VIDEO: Multiple injuries and fatalities have been reported after a car plows into group standing on the sidewalk in Las Vegas

Currently, multiple law enforcement and emergency crews are on the scene in Las Vegas, Nevada. As According to police, the driver of a white 4-door sedan was seen traveling south on Boulder Highway when the vehicle struck a group of people standing on the west sidewalk, resulting in two deaths and multiple injuries. Three people were transported to local hospitals for medical care, and the driver has since been detained and currently under investigation, Video:
