Woman found in dead in car in Hackney as police launch murder probe

A murder investigation has been launched over the death of a woman who was found unresponsive in a car in east London.

Officers were called to Whiston Road in Hackney shortly before 6.45am on Saturday. A police statement read: “Police were called at 6.42am on Saturday, April 6 to Whiston Road E2 after concerns for a woman’s welfare. The woman was found unresponsive inside a car in an alleyway.
