Lancaster police asking public to avoid area surrounding library

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Lancaster are asking the public to avoid a part of the city for a police incident.

The public is being asked to avoid the 100 Block of N. Queen Street, between Orange and Chestnut Streets.
