Deandre Koonce: Man arrested in fatal shooting at Toledo after-hours club in Ohio

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Police arrested a man accused of shooting and killing another man in Toledo earlier this month.

Toledo Police arrested Deandre Koonce, 29, on Wednesday for the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Caprise Arnett.
