Oded and Yoched Lifschitz: Israel refused to accept the release of 2 hostages.. who they are?

Qassam says they informed the qatari negotiator that they will release 2 more hostages, for urgent humanitarian reasons, but Israel refused to receive them.
The 2 hostages are:

Oded and Yoched Lifschitz, 85 and 83, were kidnapped by Hamas

They were lifelong peace activists who regularly transported patients from #Gaza to receive medical treatment in hospitals across #Israel
