A man was shot and killed in southwest Houston Saturday night after getting in a fight with his alleged killer outside a Salvadoran restaurant, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

Around 11:40 p.m., deputies responded to a shooting at 13150 Bissonnet St., Sgt. Jason Brown told On Scene TV reporters. There they found Marco Albert, approximately 35, who had been shot multiple times and died on the scene.

Brown said the sheriff’s office believed the gunman was Juan Ramos-Lopez, 45, who got into a fight with the victim and then shot him. Ramos-Lopez was caught fleeing the scene and taken into custody Saturday night, Brown said.

He has since been charged with murder for the shooting, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
