Video: 13-Year-Old Arrested in Oslo Grenade Explosion; Second Suspect Still at Large

Authorities in Oslo have apprehended a 13 year old in connection with the earlier grenade explosion. Police believe there were two perpetrators.

The second grenade at the scene has since been detonated by authorities, and no injuries have been reported.
