Urgent Warning Calls for Evacuation of Villages in Southern Lebanon

An urgent warning circulated on media platforms and social networks calling on residents of numerous villages in southern Lebanon and the western Bekaa to evacuate their homes immediately and move at least 1,000 meters away toward open areas.
The notice listed dozens of towns across the districts of Tyre, Bint Jbeil, Nabatieh, and the western Bekaa, including Srifa, Maaroub, Selaa, Debaal, Barish, Shaabiyeh, Arab Salim, Yahmar, Meidoun, Ain Qana, Mansouri, Majdal Zoun, Zibqin, Qana, Aita al-Jabal, Hanine, Bint Jbeil, Shaqra, Houla, Aitaroun, Safad al-Battikh, Ainata, Burj al-Shamali, Maarakeh, and Meiss al-Jabal, among others.
The warning stated that military activity in the area could lead to operations and urged civilians to distance themselves from any sites allegedly linked to armed elements.
No official Lebanese confirmation had been issued at the time of publication regarding the authenticity or scope of the warning. Residents in the affected areas remain on alert as the situation develops.
