UPDATE – At least 2 dead after shooting a Target in Austin, Texas

Two people are dead and two others are hurt after a shooting at a Target in north Austin, Texas, Monday afternoon, according to a news flash sent to Austin City Council and the mayor obtained by Nexstar’s KXAN.
