A video circulating online shows police responding to the scene, blocking roads and securing nearby buildings as students and staff sheltered in place.
Police Search for Suspect on Bicycle
Authorities said the suspect allegedly fired multiple shots before fleeing the area on a bicycle. Officers from the Cambridge Police Department and Harvard University Police quickly arrived, urging everyone in the vicinity to remain indoors until an all-clear was given.
