Evacuation Warning Issued for Dozens of Villages in Southern Lebanon

The Israeli military spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, issued an urgent evacuation warning to residents of dozens of villages and towns in southern Lebanon, calling on them to leave their homes immediately and move at least 1,000 meters away to open areas.

The warning included areas across the districts of Nabatieh, Marjeyoun, Bint Jbeil, Tyre, and Sidon, including Kfar Rumman, Habboush, Harouf, Jibchit, Meidoun, Khiam, Debbine, Taybeh, Marjeyoun, Yohmor al-Shaqif, Kfar Tebnit, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Deir Siryan, Blida, Mifdoun, Aadchit al-Qsair, Deir al-Zahrani, Touline, Toul, Aankoun, Bint Jbeil, Kherbet Selem, Qaqaiyat al-Jisr, Banaafoul, Sultaniyeh, Qasiba, Abba, Kfar Sir, Haddatha, Breqaa, Qnareet, Marwaniyeh, Shahour, Beit Lif, Zrariyeh, Siddiqine, Deir Qanoun al-Nahr, Aitit, Qana, Sarafand, Saksakiyeh, Al-Kharaeb, Loubieh, Al-Mansouri, among others.

The statement said the warning was issued due to what it described as Hezbollah activity in these areas, adding that military action may follow in the near term. Residents were urged to distance themselves from any locations allegedly linked to armed elements.

The warning comes amid ongoing military escalation in southern Lebanon. The situation remains developing.
