Cyclone ZELIA is rapidly intensifying off the coast of NW Australia north of Port Hedland. The sea temperatures at this location are up to 32 degrees celsius (89.6 F) which is extreme fuel for this along with low shear for now.

ZELIA is expected to move very slowly if not stationary at times before shear rapidly picks up and rips it apart.
