NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy says there are 24 officials on site at the Baltimore bridge collapse, beginning to collect info on ship’s safety/maintenance history, owner/operator & company policy, safety management.

A team will soon retrieve recorders from the ship, but NTSB did not board the vessel today with Coast Guard search/rescue ops ongoing
