Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that may experience flash flooding include. Wilmington, Waynesville, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Corwin, Kingman, Oakland, Ogden, State Route 350 at US Route 22, Caesar Creek State Park, Cowan Lake State Park, Interstate 71 at US Route 68, Burtonville, Oregonia and Fort Ancient. This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 33 and 56
