Colombia native arrested in Wisconsin child sex crimes investigation

A 29-year-old Colombian man was arrested Friday morning on child sex crime charges, Wisconsin Dells police said.

Charges and court proceedings

The Lake Delton and Wisconsin Dells police departments took the man into custody on charges of sex with a child over 16, child enticement, sexual exploitation of a child and representations depicting nudity.

The investigation spans Adams and Sauk counties. Authorities executed a search warrant at a Lake Delton residence in connection with the investigation.

Police said they will release additional information later. The investigation remains ongoing.
