Unlicensed driver arrested, drugs and illicit cigarettes found — North Delta Crime Beat

Sept. 5, 6:53 p.m., 112th St: Police stopped a vehicle and identified a driver who was prohibited from driving and had no valid BC driver’s licence.
The driver was arrested for driving while prohibited, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
During a search of the vehicle, officers found what is believed to be cocaine and illicit cigarettes.
Sept. 7, 5:52 p.m., Brandy Dr: Police responded to a report of a person slumped over in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.
Upon arrival, the individual was awake and being treated by BC ambulance paramedics.
The man showed signs of impairment, but registered zero while providing a breath sample on an Approved Screening Device.
