Drone Hits Cooling Tower at Russia’s Kursk Nuclear Plant, No Fire Reported: IAEA

A drone struck a cooling tower at a nuclear power plant in Russia’s Kursk region early Thursday, according to information received by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The IAEA said Friday that the cooling tower belonged to a reactor unit that was operating when the incident occurred. Despite the strike, the reactor continued operating and no fire broke out. (Devdiscourse)
