Authorities have released a video they say shows the moment fireworks were set alight off the back of a truck before a deadly Chelan Hills Fire was ignited in Washington state.

Footage shows several people in the back of a vehicle as fireworks are set off.

The Chelan Hills Fire burned at least 9,700 acres and destroyed at least 100 structures.
