Attorneys for PA boy accused of shooting, killing dad question trial competency

The defense team for the Duncannon boy accused of shooting his father on his 11th birthday has been granted a hearing to determine whether he's competent to stand trial, according to a criminal docket.
A motion hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 6, court records show.
In June, the defense team for Clayton Dietz filed a motion to delay a previously scheduled hearing while waiting on a report from Dr. Frank Dattilio.
The motion was approved, and his hearing was moved to Aug. 17.
