Syracuse, New York police investigate stabbing of 20-year-old man at Thornden Park

Police in Syracuse are investigating a stabbing reported Tuesday night at Thornden Park. Officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to the park at 600 S.

Beech St. at about 8:38 p.m. Tuesday, after receiving a report of a stabbing.

When officers arrived, they found a 20-year-old man with an apparent stab wound to his neck.

Police said his injuries are considered non-life-threatening and he is expected to survive.
