Video: Speeding Camaro Crashes Through Fort Worth Backyard, Narrowly Missing Three Children

A family in Fort Worth, Texas, is thanking God after a speeding Chevrolet Camaro crashed through their backyard fence and narrowly missed three young children who were playing outside.

Surveillance video captured the terrifying moment the car smashed through the wooden fence, struck a concrete pillar and sent chunks of concrete and large rocks flying toward the family’s pool.

A 2-year-old girl and her 5-year-old twin brothers were only a few feet from the path of the car but escaped without being hit.

Police said the driver lost control while speeding and was cited for reckless driving.

No injuries to the children were reported.
