Alexander City, Alabama shooting: Man Arrested

Alexander City police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting that injured someone Monday evening.

According to Alexander City PD, officers responded to a residence on Coley Creek Road after receiving a report of a possible emergency.

Police said when officers got to the scene, a car was leaving the area at high speed.

Officers made contact with the vehicle and were informed that one of the passengers inside had been shot.
